The Column Operations tool contains several options that allow you to customize how you view the data in your query. This can be especially helpful when browsing and sorting query results in tables with a large number of columns.
See all the available options defined in the following table:
Wrap columns to see all them at a glances, without the need to use the horizontal scroll bar. Select this option again to go back to the default view.
There are two options available. You can select none, one or both:
Use these options to sort the content of the columns:
|Hide selected columns|
Selected columns will be hidden. To make them appear again, click the Show hidden columns option. You can also do this clicking the Search Column Layout option and selecting the hidden columns from the list.
|Hide unselected columns||Hide all the unselected columns. This option does not work if you have not selected at least one column.|
|Unselect all||Unselect all the selected columns.|
|Search Column Layout||Displays a list including all the table columns so that you can easily hide/show them. See Edit the column layout to learn more about this.|
|Show hidden columns||Show all the columns you have hidden.|
|Save Table Column Layout||Select this option to save the current column layout as default.|
|Reset Table Column Layout||Select this option to reset the column layout to the original one.|
|Save Domain Column Layout||Users with the necessary permissions can select this option to set the current column layout as default for all the users in the domain.|
|Reset Domain Column Layout||Users with the necessary permissions can select this option to reset the column layout to the original one.|
