Assign a sending policy to an alert
Once you've created a sending policy, it is available to assign to alerts. An alert can be assigned one or many sending policies.
- Go to Administration → Alert Configuration. The Available Alerts tab lists all the alerts available in the domain; whether they are activated or not.
- Use the filters to find the alert to which you want to assign the sending policy.
- Hover over the alert's row. Click the paper airplane icon that appears in the Active Policies column. The Sending Policy window appears.
- Select the sending policy(s) and click Save.
To change the sending policies assigned to an alert, follow the same procedure.
