Monitoring user activity
In addition to the administrative tasks related to creating, modifying, and deleting users, administrators can analyze and monitor how individuals are using the Devo web application.
User activity information is collected in the User Logins and User Activity tabs in Administration → Users.
Who is logging in and how often?
The User Logins tab lists the most recent user logins. Depending on your role permissions, you may only see a list of your most recent logins, or you may be able to see a list of the most recent logins by all domain users. Click the selector above the table to switch from one view to another.
Click the Email column filter to locate the most recent logins of a specific user. To show more than the last 10 logins, use the drop-down list in the upper-right on the window.
Who is doing what in the application?
This User Activity tab lists the specific actions recently carried out in the domain along with the timestamp, and information about the user who took the action. Use the column filters to quickly find the action of the user that you want to look into. If you have the required permissions, you can see either your own recent activity or the activity of all the users in the domain.
