## About the Flow manager

With the Flow Manager, you can quickly and easily manage each individual Flow, including:

> Macro (toc)

## What permissions do I need?

What you will see in this view is permissions dependent. Users with *Domain flows* permission will see all the Flows in the domain, whereas users with *Own flows* permission will see only Flows created by them.

> 2. The **Status **column shows the current status of each of the Flows in your domain. To learn more about what each status means, go to the section on [Flow Statuses](https://devodocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/latest/pages/95213200/Creating+a+Flow#flow_statuses).
> 3. The **Type **column shows whether your selection is an [Instance](https://devodocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/latest/pages/315949135) or a Flow.
> 4. The main area of the table contains additional information on each Flow, including the creation and modification dates, the creator and the last person to edit.
> 5. In the right area, you have various quick access buttons to manage each Flow, such as starting, deleting, cloning, and more. See the section below for details.
